Conversations with Screen Composers

PRS for Music are proud to support Conversations with Screen Composers, a series of three events with major composers for film, television and video games. Once a month from May-June, the composers will take the stage in Royal Albert Hall’s Elgar Room to discuss their work, illustrated with clips and including some light elements of performance.

Classical music club comes to London

Classical Revolution, the world’s most successful classical music club night, débuts in London on Friday 23 March at the Red Hedgehog in Highgate, and on Tuesday 27 March at the Green Carnation in Soho (performances start at 7pm).

30 seconds with… A J Moore

Singer-songwriter A J Moore has performed as a guitarist with number one selling classical artists Hayley Westenra, Laura Wright, Jonathan Ansell, Lee Mead and Faryl Smith. He is now about to embark on his own solo musical journey, releasing debut album Harmonics on 18 March.

David Bedford – Commemorative Performances

To commemorate and celebrate the life of composer, David Bedford, who sadly died last year, there will be a series of performances of his work throughout 2012. David Bedford was a former Chaiman of PRS and a founding Trustee of the PRS for Music Foundation.
