Skinny Lister, who were officially crowned the hardest working band in Britain by PRS for Music due to their unrivalled number of performances at UK festivals last year, are proud to announce a personal best: four performances, four different east London venues, one afternoon. The free Vintage Store Pop-up Tour takes place on Tuesday 15 May.
Paul Child Band might on the surface appear to be a folk/pop ensemble, but their diverse influences actually produce an eclectic fusion of funk, rock, jazz and gypsy folk topped off with Paul's unique vocal stylings.
James Mathé started out as keyboard player in the band Boedekka and was signed to Boy George’s record label Things To Come. Whilst touring Spain he discovered Sufjan Stevens’ Seven Swans, taught himself to fingerpick on the guitar and began an acoustic solo project called Barbarossa.
Sets are Dominic Scott, Harry Pearce, Tim Worthington, Leila Grove and Jessica Watson. Based in Leeds, the five-piece band make stunningly individualistic music.
