As the dust settles in a west end back street, a stones throw from the up tempo high streets of inner city London, a sound can be heard emerging from a basement beneath the pitter patter of commuter feet.
Feeder started out in 1991 in Newport, Wales. The alternative rock duo have so far achieved five gold records and three platinum records during their even studio-album career and top ten singles with Buck Rogers, Just the Way I'm Feeling and Tumble and Fall.
Nick Lowe, Ronnie Wood, Van Morrison, Brand New Heavies, Hugh Laurie, Ian Siegal, Matt Schofield, Mick Taylor and Tom Jones are some of the British acts, who along with international stars Erykah Badu, Eric Bibb, Robert Cray and George Benson are performing as part of this year's London and Manchester Bluesfest.
Paul Child Band might on the surface appear to be a folk/pop ensemble, but their diverse influences actually produce an eclectic fusion of funk, rock, jazz and gypsy folk topped off with Paul's unique vocal stylings.
