PPL, the UK collecting society for record companies and performers, is staging a classical music seminar next month.
An Overture to PPL takes place on 6 September from 5pm to 7pm at PPL’s London headquarters, and will be hosted by Ben Hogwood, the organisation’s classical repertoire manager.
The session will offer practical advice on the end-to-end repertoire journey of classical music.
Hogwood will also provide an overview of PPL’s work with classical performers, orchestras and rightsholders and outline how they can make the most of their PPL membership.
The organisation’s member services team will also be on hand to answer questions.
