Kojey Radical is a poet, musician and visual artist whose multi-disciplinary vision touches a clutch of envelope-pushing projects.
As a musician, he’s drawn toward highly politicised spoken word that references fellow South Londoners Kate Tempest and Roots Manuva.
Rhymes are multi-purpose, carrying rhythm and reason, while his production values signpost the grime, alt-R&B and trap that permeates his hometown.
While not plying his musical trade, Kojey is creative director of PushCrayons, where he co-creates luxurious videos informed by contemporary dance and performance art. He’s also art director of menswear brand Chelsea Bravo.
