They’ve just got back from SXSW, ‘where all the best new bands go’, and were chuffed to bits with their slot on the BBC Introducing stage.
With an agenda that included ‘alligators, Stetsons, late nights and punching racists’, the Bristolian agitators planned to have their hands full in Austin, Texas.
Having caught the ear of BBC 6 Music’s Steve Lamacq a little while back, they’ve been appreciating the growing opportunities to air their dark, dank angst – and their two SXSW shows promised bucketfuls of the stuff.
We caught up with the PRS Foundation and BBC Introducing-supported bunch before they jetted to glean their pearls of wisdom…
