BRIT Awards 2012 in pictures

The 2012 BRIT Awards took place last night at the O2 in London.  Adele added two awards to the six Grammys she took home last weekend, winning in the Best Female Artist and Album of the Year categories. Ed Sheeran also won two awards for Best British Male and British Breakthrough Act.  Both artists performed on the night along with Florence and the Machine, Olly Murs, International award winners Rihanna and Bruno Mars, Noel Gallagher’s Flying Birds, and Outstanding Contribution to Music winners Blur, whose performance closed the show.
