As you may already know, PRS for Music is marking its centenary this year with a series of special events. Celebrations began with the 100 Years of Music photography exhibition at Getty Images Gallery, London, last month.
It featured a range of songwriters and composers including Sir John Tavener, Joan Armatrading MBE and Live Aid founders, Bob Geldof KBE and Midge Ure OBE, as well as images taken by acclaimed photographer, Lucy Sewill.
The centenary programme also includes a commemorative piece of work that will be performed by the Royal Edinburgh Tattoo in the summer and the 100 Years of Music event at the Royal Albert Hall in November.
