Handmade Festival 2018 has announced the second wave of acts playing this year, with the likes of The Big Moon (pictured), Girl Ray, Idles, Turbowolf and Phobophobes set to play the PPL and PRS for Music stage.
The independent festival in Leicester – curated by some of the city’s best loved independent venues and promoters – is partnering with PPL and PRS for Music once again to host the second stage.
Also announced for the PPL and PRS for Music stage are The Magic Gang, Spector, Indoor Pets, Rascalton, Anteros, Her’s, Dinosaur Pile Up, Thought Forms, Strange Bones, Black Futures, Babe Punch and Timmas.
Speaking about the partnership, Tim Arber, Interim Director of Membership at PRS for Music said: ‘We are incredibly pleased to be supporting the fantastic Handmade Festival yet again and importantly, the exceptional creative talent it brings to the heart of Leicester.
‘We are looking forward to being a part of Leicester’s growing music culture, this year and for many years to come.’

The festival will take place at Leicester’s O2 Academy from 5 to 6 May.
