The industry body is looking for women and individuals from Black, Asian & minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds who have worked in the UK music industry to share their experiences.
UK Music will use the focus groups to look at female career progression and BAME career progression to contribute to its Diversity Report 2020 and are looking for as wide a range of participants as possible.
The focus groups will take place in October and November 2019 and will explore the challenges women and BAME people working in the music industry face.
Participants will remain anonymous and any information they give will be treated in the strictest confidence.
The focus groups will take place in central London and last for two hours.
UK Music would like to hear from interested individuals by Sunday 6 October and are offering participants a £10 Amazon gift voucher for taking part.
