The next Westminster Media Forum seminar will outline the next steps for monetising digital content and explore revenue models and value exchange.
The session, which takes place on 13 December in central London, will also cover growth areas, challenges and strategies, and whether intervention is needed in securing fair and sustainable systems of value exchange.
Speakers confirmed so far include Matt Rogerson (Guardian Media Group), Mimi Turner (Wireless Group and Mimi Turner Associates) and Dr Jo Twist (Ukie). More speakers will be announced as they are confirmed.
Taking place in the context of the government’s review on media sustainability, further sessions focus on questions around value exchange and fair remuneration for creators and intellectual property owners, as well as considering options for policy intervention.
