In session: Blue Rose Code part 2

Blue Rose Code, aka Edinburgh born Ross Wilson, has had a big year. His debut album North Ten paved the way back in February, receiving instant cult status via rave reviews from folk behemoths 'Whispering' Bob Harris and Folk Radio. Featured artist: Winter Mountain

Sun, sea and the west coast of the US provide the backdrop to the folk rock harmonies of Winter Mountain. Joseph Francis and Martin Smith met in Chicago, each on their own pilgrimage to Memphis, the birthplace of rock ’n’ roll. A friendship and songwriting bond was formed on that journey which the pair continued when they returned from their travels.
