CMS slams Google over poor piracy record

The Culture, Media and Sport Committee (CMS), which monitors the government’s Department for Culture, Media and Sport policy, has openly condemned Google’s failure to tackle online piracy in a report made public yesterday.

Unlicensed music streaming website Grooveshark has been removed from Google’s autocomplete search function, meaning it won’t appear automatically when users look for music websites through the search engine.
