Having grown up in Birmingham within a working class family, Andrew says he had to fight for his music education – and he’s clearly reverential to pure compositional forms.
His debut single, Elysian Dreams, features a melody created almost entirely on the black keys, which weaves its way in and out of the piece as it gently unravels.
